Renovation

After creating a new design, a few items the construction project will include:

  • Tearing out & disposing of old foul smelling, greasy and moldy cabinets

  • Installing new cabinets, not applying “lipstick on a pig” by re-facing or painting the old cabinets
  • Installing a new hood, vented to the outside, not a fake recirculation unit

  • Building the microwave into a cabinet not placing it over the stove or cook-top as featured in mobile homes & lower priced homes
